Kyle White is the Senior Vice President and Aviation Practice Leader at Marsh McLennan Agency, overseeing the Upper Midwest Aviation team from the Overland Park, Kansas office. With 22 years of experience in the aviation industry, he provides insurance and risk management services to clients.


Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Executive MBA from Rockhurst University. He is a licensed Airline Transport Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor through the Federal Aviation Administration. In his role, Kyle maintains communication with U.S.-based aviation carriers to monitor market conditions, develop new products, and help clients make informed coverage decisions while implementing supply chain risk management strategies to reduce costs.


Outside of work, Kyle stays active in the aviation industry and in various community service activities. He is a lifetime member of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), participating in “Young Eagle Rides” and serving as a Merit Badge Counselor for Aviation, American Business, and Entrepreneurship. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for TriCentury Bank and the Boys Scouts of America Heart of America Council, as well as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Committee for the Helzberg School of Business at Rockhurst University.
