Robert DeLaurentis is the Zen Pilot and author of the book Flight of Passion which is #1 on Amazon in the Airport category. Robert will be taking off on a circumnavigation of the globe, south pole to north pole. Robert is an international spokesperson for flight and aviators. He's here with Tom Alston of Aero and Marine Tax Professionals talking about his experiences and his upcoming world tour.
Robert has flown his single engine Piper Malibu Mirage (and in Africa, a bush plane) to 53 countries including parts of Europe, Central America, Southern Africa, Asia (Including Siberia), Mexico and the Caribbean. During this time, Robert has crossed the Polar Ice Cap, the North Atlantic Ocean, Bering Sea and Gulf of Mexico by himself. In the summer of 2015, he circumnavigated the globe: single plane, single engine, single pilot, across the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans as noted in Wikipedia.
